An allergen panel test which uses modern diagnostic technology on a small blood sample to rapidly and reliably test for up to 300 different allergens.  The test simultaneously measures total IgE and specific IgE levels and cross-references the results with a mixture of allergen extracts and molecular allergens. 

It is a very useful diagnostic tool in cases where the precise allergen(s) triggering a reaction are unknown.
