Professional from start to finish. Lila who answered my call was well informed and knowledgeable. Dr Derrick was great with my 6 month old — clearly experienced and an expert in paediatric allergies. The test confirmed what we needed to know. We finally found a Dr who listened and understood the symptoms our baby was having. Definitely recommend.

I have been amazed by the service provided by the London Allergy Clinic. Before I contacted them, I had an incident which completely made me anxious about eating any food, and it was just unbearable. I was trying to resolve this with other doctors but I was not having any definitive response which made me even more anxious. Upon the first contact with the Clinic, I felt finally heard and more confident that this problem could be more easily resolved. Lila is so attentive whether on calls or in the Clinic, always with positivity and empathy. Dr Arumugakani is just an incredible doctor, he took the time to listen and to provide any advice I needed and concrete steps. I now feel much more at peace and it is thanks to them. Truly grateful for your help !
